Good news for residents on Albert Avenue in King's Lynn! A planning application has been submitted for some much-needed roof and fascia work at number 8. It looks like they're planning to replace old tiles with reclaimed Welsh slate and upgrade the rainwater goods, which should keep things looking smart and secure in our St. Margarets With St. Nicholas ward.
Erect Scaffolding on owned land, remove existing slate tiles, install felt and renew battens, replace any tiles where possible and fit reclaimed welsh slate tiles where required. Repairing chimneys where required, replacing the black timber fascias with black UPVC and black cast iron/upvc rainwater goods will be replaced with black aluminium.
